• Multiple subscription tiers (Free, Daily Pass, Monthly Pro, Lifetime Pro)
• Support for JPEG, PNG, and WebP formats up to 25MB
• Real-time preview and adjustment capabilities

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Privacy and Data Processing

Privacy-First Approach: All image processing occurs locally in your browser. Your images never leave your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

• Daily Pass: $0.99/day, unlimited images, 25MB max file size, high resolution
• Monthly Pro: $9.9/month, unlimited images, all features, priority support
• Lifetime Pro: $99 one-time payment, all features forever, early access to new features

5.2 Billing and Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Upload images containing illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our service
• Use automated tools to access our service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Our service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chimii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
